This works very well - my 4 year old daughter doesn't cry because her glasses straps pull on her hair. However, it is quite large for a small child's head, so be careful. I also had a very hard time pulling the strap through. There were no instructions and there were small velcro strips inside that were supposed to hold the strap in place but made it very difficult to pull the strap through. I accidentally put it on the wrong way round, but it was so much work I didn't want to redo it properly.
