I think it's the same German knife we're used to, but the packaging is different and the name is now Premium Thin Tip Blade. The cap is now white, but the back says it's a durable German carbide blade. I can't find any confirmation on the Cricut site, but they appear to be the same. And I looked it up on other craft websites and it shows this blade so I'm guessing it's just a newer package but the same blade we're used to.

Not sure if it's real or fake, I thought it was a real Cricut blade but it was very dull. I've ordered this blade on here before and it worked flawlessly, but when I got it I put it in my case as usual and couldn't get it to cut anything. I had to turn the GlitterVinyl setting all the way to More to make it cut through standard vinyl, and even then I couldn't easily remove the main shapes.
