Good overall but don't think that 1000 lumens doesn't equal 100 watts

This lamp is a beautiful colour, looks stylish and is almost omnidirectional. I have it in a glass mount hanging over the stairs. My only complaint is that it's a bit dark for the place. Definitely not the same as a 100w incandescent bulb. I want them to start with that at 12 watts or 14 watts. Also, it sometimes hums a bit when you turn it on for the first time. This doesn't happen all the time, goes away in about 30 seconds, and isn't that noticeable unless you're close to the device. It…

Not immediately, not bright, a bulb burned out after a few months

My title says it all. It takes a measurable number of seconds to reach full brightness. And then it doesn't seem bright enough. I don't believe their 1000 lumen rating. My other 800 lumen 3000K lamp is brighter than this one. And no, I don't have such dimmers. First I ordered 2 sets (6 lamps). I had to order another set of those crappy bulbs to fit. I didn't contact them because I had an event I needed to do and I couldn't wait. Bad experience, lost money for 3 sets (9 bulbs) and now I have a…

BURNED LIGHT? (UPDATED 03/14/2017)

I have had these bulbs for about 4.5 months and one of them has burned out. The item description says "Extremely Long Life" so I'm wondering how long another one will last. These are very nice bulbs but I will look elsewhere for a replacement. UPDATE 03/14/2017 I am changing my rating from 1 to 5 stars.
