Easy way do control and manage various aspects regarding sales

I like that it allows me to customize my own reports, as well as being able to add new fields easily. It is very easy for users with little experience in using software to use this product. There are some features missing from the free version that you have to pay for, which can be expensive. If your looking for quick turn around times then this tool will help you get there quicker than any other system out there. The best thing about this software is that it makes managing my business much easier than before! I really like how easy they are with all their products, from salesforce, crm etc. They have excellent customer service as well. Nothing in particular but if you need help or support just get them involved right away because once again everything is so simple for your needs. Great customer service and knowledge

I liked that they took time out of their day, even if it was only for an hour or so to help me with my issue! They were very friendly while doing this too - not at all pushy like some IT companies are when trying get your business onto there system (which is really annoying!). Sometimes you need someone who knows what's going in but also can see where things could be improved upon from afar as well which these guys did extremely quickly once we got them up-to speed!!   • That customer service team genuinely seems interested about helping others improve productivity within businesses using Microsoft Dynamics 365 services instead just taking money off clients without providing any workable support solutions/services whatsoever!!!
