Crocs tend to run small. With a bow at the back, they are very small, so you lose almost the full size. I bought 8 black/red on sale but can't use hinges because it's like 7.5. Quality is good for this shoe but I actually prefer my previous generic Croc brand. Here's why: IT'S TOO BIG - even though I ordered a unisex, women's 9, this shoe doesn't fit properly.
