Quality is good for this shoe but I actually prefer my previous generic Croc brand. Here's why: IT'S TOO BIG - even though I ordered a unisex, women's 9, this shoe doesn't fit properly. As with men's shoes, the heel is too wide, the strap won't stay on my heel because it's too wide, there is absolutely no heel circumference on this shoe. SPOT HAS NO SUPPORT. Unlike my previous all round shoe, this one is beautiful. flat on the insole. No real arch support, no heel cup. Nothing really "good" for your feet. Will I buy again? Never. :(
