Awesome online service, pricing and features

The best part of this software it's its price! I mean there are many other products with similar functionality but at much higher prices which makes them very expensive to use for small businesses or startups like mine where we don't have big budgets. But what i dislike about crono business cloud most is their customer support team because they're not really friendly nor helpful when you call them up asking questions related to your account etc. So if someone asks me anything regarding my…

Great customer service and ease setting/using

I like how easy it was to set up our CRM system with crono business cloud (CBC). They are very friendly people who help you through every step of getting your software setup correctly for optimal use! Nothing really - CBC has done everything we need them too do so far. We have not had any issues at this point but am sure there will be once they start using their product more heavily. Our main problem right now is trying to get all employees trained properly before launch date which gets pushed…

Great experience thusfar, looking forward

The ease of use for creating dashboards with this product was amazing compared to our previous system which consisted primarily just Excel sheets without any formatting options or visualizations like we are used too now! Nothing so far but I think it's really cool how easy they make things when working remotely from home by using their WebEx app (not even sure if its still called webex btw). Have created several reports out there since starting at work about 6 months ago & never saw anything…

CloudCRM is unprofessional and rude

My CRM system at work was down so I called support from cloudcrm (not crun). After talking with them for about half hour they said their "supervisor" needed to approve before anything would be done & it'd take another 2 hours or more of my time without any guarantee we'll get our data back online! This has made me loose customers because now people don't trust us anymore due this incident!! They are not professional enough when you talk/deal directly wththem like i did via phone call after…

Easy job management tool that saves loads and hours every day

The ease of use for creating jobs from different sources (webhooks) was one thing I liked about this product - it's very easy to integrate with other services like Zapier or Intercom/ChatOps tools! Great Customer Relationship Management System

I like how easy it was to set up my CRM system with all of our customers information already saved into their account for me! The customer support team has been amazing throughout this process!! It's very user friendly which makes setting everything right away so much easier than other systems we've used before.
