User Friendly, Great Product and Customer Service

I like that it is able to be used with any of our different software programs (A&E Pro) which makes things quicker for us when we have questions or need help in certain areas since most other companies only work within their own product line-up. There are some features they could add but there isn't much you can do about this if your not looking closely at what's available now - use trial versions first so you're sure before going into full production mode! We've been using CR over several…

  • The ability to input all data/calculations into one place it is very helpful/easy to use!
Cons
  • There isn't much I'd change other than having more options with the software
