I like that it is able to be used with any of our different software programs (A&E Pro) which makes things quicker for us when we have questions or need help in certain areas since most other companies only work within their own product line-up. There are some features they could add but there isn't much you can do about this if your not looking closely at what's available now - use trial versions first so you're sure before going into full production mode! We've been using CR over several years through out various stages from seedling trays up until final harvest. It has made scheduling easier by having one place where everything was stored instead of multiple spreadsheets/apps being needed. The program also allows easy data inputting throughout phases allowing quick turn around time with reports ready upon request without delays due to manually entering information each month via Excel or A & E pro etc..
