To be honest, I was torn from this review. My boyfriend was so excited to get this for his birthday a few weeks ago. Just last week we took it out of the box, set it up and started playing some records on it. Everything worked for the first 2 days. Setup took about 10 minutes and could have been five, but I never "floated" or balanced my arm. It's very simple and there's a lot of support on YouTube for this topic.
