I used the bag the next day after receipt, excellent bag. It holds a lot more than my backpack, about as much as 2 plastic bags. I learned the hard way to pack flat objects in the back of my bag. Running a mile with the bag on your back wasn't much fun but I only gave it 4 stars for that reason as it was more of a live experience. I can't believe I haven't written this review yet! I bought this in August 2018 and use it regularly for trips to the grocery store and Target (about once a week). It's amazing what fits in and the way the straps adjust allows me to fit more than a regular backpack. I pack some reusable bags just in case, grab a few extras or larger items, but this one works for most of my purchases. And the ability to pack heavier items into a back-mounted backpack reduces strain on your arms, wrists and hands
