Exact replacement for my 2007 GMC Sierra.

I received an offer from my local electronics store for $213.00. Paid less than $85.00 for this to replace the one in my truck that was missing the jumper wire. Watch the video on You Tube for easy installation.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Expensive

Saved some money and works great

I removed my factory radio in my GMC Arcadia and replaced it with a TV/radio camera and I lost all the steering wheel controls and sensor settings I brought with me and it was back to normal and plus, it's the cheapest I could find.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Almost never

Best fit for replacement parts

This is by far the most complete radio interface I have ever used on a GM vehicle. This beats the Pac and Meter sets I've used and has a volume control for the built in speaker that won't kill your ears. Steering wheel control, camera, star hold and GM LAN connection in one package! brilliant

Pros
  • Maintains steering wheel control via built in pre-programmed interface
Cons
  • Not bad

Do not buy if you use an external amplifier!

So I read the e-brochure and thought the OnStar feature would be retained. Not right. I asked Best Buy to do the install and was told it doesn't work with external amps. I had a 5 channel very expensive PPI amp with new Infinitys in stock. I wish aftermarket companies were transparent and open and just said that this wouldn't work if you used an external amp and not the original system. I'm sure 50% of people do this when they upgrade and need steering wheel control modules. The other problem…

Pros
  • Retains factory OnStar
Cons
  • No power
