Just super, the product is made wonderfully, very satisfied.

I bought it with the intention of fitting it into my Cougar QBX. According to my calculations, it just had to touch the side grille of the case with its top, but in fact it did not fit by about 5 mm. The case was resolved with metal shears, a hacksaw, a file and several mats in the process. It turned out not bad - it looks very organic. The impressions from the cooler are entirely positive. It cools really well - my i7 8700 even in boost under full load (checked by archiving) does not heat up…

Nicely finished and quality product

Looks and feels like a quality product from opening the box to installing it. Installation was easy, instructions are clear and concise. My only criticism of this product (hence the missing star) is that the LEDs are NOT turned off with the system. The default color is bright white, which brightens up any dark room. There's a partial workaround here though - Lumi has an onboard NZXT CAM controller module that gives you full programmatic control of the LEDs and their colors. - So download the…

Looks great, cools great.

The lighting customization possibilities are really amazing with many different effects and colors. I was torn between this and liquid cooling, but I'm glad I chose the Quad Lumi. It's now the centerpiece of my setup and in my case it looks really incredible. The processor is cooler than ever, under load or idle. I don't think about the CPU temperature anymore. I wish I could stick one of these on my GPU!

I like it, except for two small details.

I bought this a few weeks ago and the reviews were correct. It works great. It has an RGB LED on the bottom and a logo. You can download Cam to customize colors etc. What I don't like: 1. The bottom LED and logo won't turn off when the computer is turned off. If you don't want them to be on and wasting energy, you must turn them off before shutting down your computer. 2. The LEDs on the fan itself are only white. I was originally going to give this 4 stars but realized it wasn't their fault for

Amazing RGB air cooler - just as good or better than AIO water cooler! :)

Absolutely fabulous cooler. I replaced a Corsair H60 that I had for five years and I was afraid it would fail. The temperature outside the box surprised me. Even with thermal paste enabled, my Ryzen 7 1700 idles at 27-30 degrees C and runs as quietly as possible. It's about 10 degrees lower than my old AIO and I can't even tell if it's working. My old H60 revs loud to keep it cool so the difference is quite noticeable. Talk about impressed! :D From other reviews I saw that it seems to hang next

Great cooler, but definitely not "like new "

The 2018 MSRP of this cooler was $59.99. Unfortunately, Cryorig is embroiled in a trade war and tariffs between the US and China. (I'm happy to pay 10-20% more for my PC parts since almost all PC parts are made in China). They've made gear that is amazing value for money and it's now hard to find unless you go to the used market, which I did. I received it in 'like new' condition and I wouldn't say it was 'like new' or more like in 'good' mood. I'm only saying this because I think mine got…

Agonizing mounting solution

(R5 2600X / 16GB DDR4 / GTX 1060) To be honest this would have been a 5 star rating but this rig is hell. This comes from a man who has built many PCs in his life. Aside from the annoying assembly process (actual assembly of the cooler, to be precise where the screws seemed a bit short. I had to literally force the cooler down and pull out on the bracket to finish threading) Cools like an absolute dream for the price , stress tests gave a maximum of 80c (this was with the voltage pumped to…

Really amazing performance and looks of this cooler

Really amazing performance and looks of this cooler. I'm getting really good temps on my overclocked 6700k at 4.5ghz and I'm hoping to use it on the 8700k. Visually it really stands out in my case and in my opinion even better looking than most AIOs on the market. Can't find any flaws. Easy installation, high quality thermal paste, great looks, good performance and a cheap and reliable alternative to budget air coolers. I would boldly recommend.

Pros
  • So far so good
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Why is there a static white LED on the RGB cooler?

Nice cooler. Cools well. Compact size. Looks good. The RGB on the tower is pretty nice. Not a fan of his using the NZXT Cam though. It seemed like this could easily be integrated into motherboard RGB solutions like Asus Aura, Gigabyte RGB Fusion, MSI Mystic Light, etc. . It's not a big problem for me as I have tinted glass on my case so it's not too bright. What I don't understand at all is why a fan that is on has a white LED that you can't turn off or change color. I like the translucent…

Looks great, cools even better!

Got this for about $60 with shipping. I had an H7 but wanted some of the RGB lights on my CPU cooler to match my motherboard and RAM so I went with this one. My 9700k idles at 21C, in game I've never seen it go over 55C at stock speeds. I would say it can easily overclock a bit. The downside is that the NZXT Cam software is required to see the CPU temperature and control the lighting. So if you use MSI Afterburner with it, you can't see the CPU temp, only on the cam. Additionally, if you have…
