We really liked our fandelier for the first two days, it worked quietly and flawlessly, I would give it 5 stars! Now it's started making noise (man thinks it's bearings) and I know it installed correctly because my husband was an electrician. I have sent an email to the company and am waiting for a reply. I hope this gets clarified and I'm giving my five star rating because I love how beautiful it is :)

You need to watch a YouTube video to fully understand how to install this light. The instructions provided were not very helpful and they were for a different light. All in all I like this lamp. It's very stylish and the fan is so quiet you won't even notice it. It takes some time to hang all the crystals, but it wasn't difficult. One reviewer mentioned that he didn't like the "beep" when switching from one color to another with the remote, but that didn't bother me.

The light has three settings, every time you turn it on and off, the tone of the light changes. It goes from warm to warm/cold to cold together and goes through it. I would like the setting to stay the same and have a button on the remote to change the sound without having to turn it on and off. Putting the crystal balls on is the hardest part. This is a beautiful light. I love it! My suggestion is that you have two people to set it up and both of you on a step stool. This is a very heavy flashlight and needs to be secured properly. It's not that heavy, but it's very heavy and needs to be screwed into the top of the light box. If you have an older home this can be a problem as it may not match.
