Must-Have Automotive Seal Repair Tool

After I put it to the test, I can confidently say that this seal repair toolset is a game-changer. It's versatile, easy to use, and durable. The included instructions are clear, making it easy for even a novice to complete a repair. I highly recommend this toolset to any DIY enthusiast or professional mechanic.

Pros
  • Versatile, easy to use, durable
Cons
  • None

Wrong size pin

Although this tool is required to remove the oil pump/balancer shaft bolt on the N20/N26 engine, the tensioner retaining pin supplied is the wrong size. Use a thinner long allen wrench instead.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Hardware

Only works well for occasional use.

I have a workshop and had to buy this part twice in Sole. Once because we borrowed our BAUM tool and the second time because the first tool we bought broke and we had several jobs at the same time that required the use of this tool. It works well when you need it cheaply, but don't expect it to hold up after continuous professional use.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
