I bought this set again in July . I didn't use either of them right away and only started using this hook about a month ago. The hook I used was handy but not worth the hassle of poorly made hooks. Problem 1, the hook catches the yarn. I had to put a glass file in the hook to get rid of the area where it was getting stuck. Problem 2, it broke for me. See image. Pretty handy hooks. Color coding makes it easy to find the right hook. That being said, I have two manufacturing issues with this set. Glue - see photo - I think two more hooks are just as messy. I had to put one down because it kept getting addicting. #2 - and this is the biggest problem, these hooks do NOT match the hook sizes set as standard by the Craft Yarn Council.
