I like that it allows me to monitor my call center from anywhere in the world, as well as being able to see all of our agents at one time. It can be confusing sometimes with how you have to navigate through each agent's screen individually. Also, there are some limitations when using the software if you don't know what your looking for or where to look. Sometimes it doesn't give you an option to save changes unless you go back into the previous window which is annoying.
