CubicFun Architecture Puzzle Challenge Hobbies Review

My mate and I took over 2 hours to put this together while the intended recipient, my mate's 5 year old daughter, looked at us and laughed! Oh, and he and I are engineers, and not fake engineers like software engineers, but real civil mechanical ones. You know, the kind that builds things. :)

Quite a few small and intricate pieces to combine together, so I would recommend it for more advanced 3D puzzles. However, with patience and precision, these will all work well together. NOTE TO PROSPECTIVE BUYERS: Most of the badly rated reviews are from people who either don't have the patience, don't understand how things work, or just can't summarize the instructions very well.

My 8 year old son liked the 3D I brought from England so I bought the CubicFun product. Bought for my daughter after a trip to Germany where she saw a real castle. My expectations as an experienced model builder were low. So I was looking for an alternative that would allow me to make models without having to wear special lenses to focus on details or color the model. So the Cubicfun puzzles that come together and don't need to be painted seemed like a good way to get what I needed.
