This is great value for money. This is a really well made, strong and sharp knife perfect for slicing homemade bread. It also comes with a nice protective case. No need to buy a super expensive bread knife as this one is perfect.

Feels very high quality and at a good price. I've washed it thousands of times and there are no signs of wear. It is suitable for both very crunchy baguettes and softer and flaky rolls and rolls. I bake a lot of bread and this knife has never let me down.

I received this bread knife when the other one I ordered was misplaced and I couldn't find it. This is a very heavy blade so I doubt it will bend as easily as the other one I bought. However, it's not spicy at all. For the purpose it is intended for - slicing a loaf of bread - it must be up to the task. It was very difficult for me to cut a watermelon and it's not that difficult. It's not like I'm trying to cut a pumpkin or a kabocha squash. But it's a good solid knife and inexpensive.
