We are very disappointed with this purchase. We have replaced our 7 year old carafe with a new one and the new one is after something Leaked more than a month weren't careless or rough with our possessions but this decanter is now unusable. Could it be a defect in the glass or did something go wrong in production? I know this was NOT user abuse OR negligence. My Cuisinart Maker Coffee was a replacement Braun that failed in less than 2 months and its Braun carafe also broke easily.
