This is my first and I will be sure.

This is my first one and I'll look into the next one and do more research I get, mainly heat settings, this one doesn't exceed 135 degrees at max setting in my measurements.

My New Favorite Device

Bought to use seasonal fruit for winter consumption and I use it non-stop. Sounds like a hair dryer and will warm up your kitchen, so if that doesn't suit you, don't buy it. This works better than others I've had which were a lot more expensive than I expected from Cuisinart.

Pros
  • Special Offer
Cons
  • Frequency

I'm looking for the best dehumidifier. Will not buy Cuisinart again

7 weeks have passed. Doesn't work anymore and only buzzes when switched on. Called Cuisinart and was asked to pay for the return of the old unit and also the return of the new unit. Don't work hard. I'm looking for the best dehumidifier. I will not buy Kuzinart again.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

I recommend this machine

I have been using this machine almost every week for a few months. It makes excellent beef jerky. My daughter makes mangoes. I think if you were drying food in your bedroom it would be a bit noisy. I turn it on and leave it overnight and it has never bothered me. The base is a bit difficult to clean, hence I give 4 stars. I recommend it and would buy it again. Great offer!

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Almost everything is there

Makes great Beef Jerky

I bought this for my aunt to make beef jerky and dried pineapple while hiking the John Muir Trail in 2016. Since then she's used it to throw parties for me as I travel further and now that I'm home I bought one to keep making beef jerky and I've found that making my own jerky is better than anything you can buy commercially especially with the right marinade recipe :)

Poor quality dehydrator

Doesn't like loud fans. Leave the center of the cut raw. I don't like the excessive heat dissipation caused by the fan. Natural dryness would have been much better. I don't like what's made in China. The best were made in the USA. Will be sent to electronics recycling.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only

Works perfectly! in Specialty Equipment

Works great and meets all requirements. The only thing I don't like is that the stands aren't as easy to align as I think they could be. My old dehydrator was also round and you didn't have to line it up perfectly for it to snap into place. It just happened very easily and organically. This sometimes takes me about 10 seconds to align properly, and it's a bit annoying when I'm fiddling with multiple compartments. Still great product! :)

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not sure

Not as good as Presto and very annoying to use.

Bought as a slightly cheaper alternative to our Presto. I use our Presto for jerky and we only wanted it for fruit as we grow figs and apples. Received these and my first batch of dried apple chips which ALL stuck to the trays so much they fell apart trying to remove them. The bowls aren't even remotely easy to stack. If you don't get it right, they won't connect properly at all. The first time I used it there was a strong plastic smell coming from it and our apple chips. Our Presto works…

Pros
  • Keeping my Fists
Cons
  • Hard to say
