Cuisinart Metal Dough Blade: Optimize Your Dough Preparation Effortlessly Review

This blade was originally included. This is no longer the case, although prep11's retail price has dropped. I first ordered a plastic spatula offered by Cuisinart customer service for $11. Not as good as we would like. So I ordered this one and it works great.

I use this dough knife regularly to prepare pizza dough. It's relatively easy to clean, much easier than a serrated blade. It also makes it easier to prepare the dough without loading my food processor. It produces better pizza dough and is easier to clean than Ninja.

I don't have room for a stand mixer in my kitchen, so my Cuisinart stand mixer serves two purposes. For bread dough, this is way better than hand kneading! Since we eat gluten free and need to bake more, this is a great solution! I also love how the blade fits into a cute paper box so I can keep the blade safe. (I just wish the contents were labeled on the box so I can remember what's inside if I haven't used it for a while. But it wasn't hard for me to fix it myself :-) )
