High Quality Stainless Steel Moka Pot

I've been drinking coffee in a Moka Pot for about a decade and this is the best coffee pot I've found. We installed an induction cooktop and had to replace my favorite aluminum moka pots which not only run on induction but make fantastic coffee in moka pots. It's easy to clean and has never let me down in a year of use.

So attractive though. for the kitchen and dining room

0.3-4 cups of mozzarella are just not enough. The stainless steel construction is well made, strong and durable. The matte finish is nice and subtle. I bought it to replace an old Bialetti. The first sign of reduced capacity was the size of the filter (which holds the ground coffee), which was about half the size of the old pot. I wanted at least the same amount of brewed coffee, no less. So 6 is not always the same as 6. I really liked the design and the high quality. The handle gets hot even…

My favorite coffee machine

I bought one of these a few years ago in an outlet outside of Milan. It was the only thing they had! I travel a lot, I live in rented apartments and the only thing that travels out of my kitchen is my coffee maker! I've just ordered a second one from Revain as it's the only place I've found another! I agree that stainless steel is much preferable to aluminum; My doctor told me many years ago NOT to use aluminum as heat tends to release harmful molecules. I don't know if that's true or not, but…

Great machine for coffee makers

I have several versions of stovetop coffee makers and this is my favourite. Makes very good coffee. I agree with other reviewers that there is no metallic taste. A few notes: I use a gas stove and to prevent the handle from getting hot I use a moderate flame (no more than the base of a coffee maker) and make sure the base, not the handle, is on the end of the Stove. Flame. I use 1/3 cup freshly ground beans and lightly press them into the top chamber. Follow the instructions and do not use the…

This is a great espresso machine

This is a great espresso machine. The espresso isn't as "thick" as our old aluminum coffee pot, but that's okay because we know it's "clean" coffee. Whatever grows at the bottom of an aluminum pot is not in that pot. And we LOVE that we get more coffee from a brew. We drink a normal glass in the morning and leave the rest in the pot and usually drink the next cup the next morning. Still very tasty, not bitter. And for the company there is always a lot, cappuccino and latte, that's great. The…

Espresso machine for 6 cups Cuisinox Milano

Makes good coffee. If someone says they don't, then they're using it incorrectly, or they're using poor-quality coffee, or they just don't like strong coffee. This isn't rocket science. Pour water into the bottom, put coffee in the basket (as many as you like), unscrew and place on the stove. On my gas stove it takes about 3 minutes. There's a thin crema, but it's not exactly espresso. The coffee machine is made of thick stainless steel. Even the gasket is snug without overtightening. Some have

Healthy alternative to capsules!

I'm so glad I switched to stainless steel! I've been using this product regularly since I bought it last November with no problems and with a very rich cup of coffee. I used to use Nespresso and make Americanos, which I still do when I don't have the time. It takes about 5 minutes to fully recover. But the coffee is very rich and again I can use beans ground at my favorite local coffee roastery. I could have done it with a Nespresso, but the seal was still aluminum and I was increasingly…

Very pleased with this purchase

I am pleased with this purchase. This is a very early stage in the process and opinions about the build quality will form over time although first impressions are that it is well built. But after the first teas finally! By that I mean great results. I've struggled with a few espresso machines and I mean struggle. I make espresso shots that end with a cobalamin-like product. Specialized. However, you need a damn good base for espresso. I've been working on this for years to perfect my process…
