Makes RV water better

We use a canister for these filters when we hook up RV systems. They seem to do the job and aren't so expensive that they can't be replaced regularly. I like the added protection from any unknown water source.

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Hard to tell

We have relatively good water in western New York

I use it to filter tap water for home brewing. We have relatively good water in western New York and when we use it we don't have chlorine or other undesirable smells or tastes in our brew water.

Pros
  • special offer
Cons
  • boring packaging

Definitely improves water quality in public waterways

Used with an external filter between the water lines at the campground and my RV. It makes almost any water drinkable. Not as good as my own well water, but I'm spoiled. Without them, I wouldn't use the "Town" water.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Approximately

RV HELPER!: Replacement Under Sink Water Filter

Culligan D-15-D Stage 1 drinking water filters, they work well and help remove sediment from well water and suppress egg odor - but they only last about 2 - 3 weeks and then they need to be replaced as they reduce water pressure. They are good for the price, have tried finding this size in stores but no luck.

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Zero

Easy to install and good value for money

The only issue for some people is the size of the unit, apart from that it works pretty well as it doesn't have an odd smell or taste. Good value for money and relatively easy to install. Suggest to adjust the gasket to make it easier to remove next time, otherwise it will be stuck. For placement, you can also buy a stand or make a couple of ties with your own hands.

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • Style 90

You can filter swamp water to make it palatable.

I use this cartridge in the filter I have in my RV. If you are traveling across the country, the variety of drinking water is great to be nice. At a campground in North Carolina, the water tastes like swamp. It's not like this. He came from a beautiful body of water. The effluent from the surrounding oak-covered hills gave it a flavor that treatment could not remove. This filter did.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad

Filter D-15 for water filtration and softening

We use this in RVs. It filters out "bits" but has little effect on microbes. It removes silt, clay, sand and anything else that can damage the interior plumbing. It must be used in combination with the "clean" water you will find in RV sites. We use a different type of filter in the RV to filter our drinking water. A good thing about it is that it doesn't restrict the water flow, where if we attach a cartridge that filters finer particles, it slows down the water flow significantly. You are…

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
