LOCK OR LOSE in wheel locks

Repels bad men (or girls). Let's face it, if we don't have 24/7 armed guards, if someone wants it so badly, they'll take it. For the price, that's a great deterrent. Easy to install and remove and was installed on a 2019 Keystone Montana 3120RL with a standard kingpin.

You don't have to turn the key.

Just hold the key and twist the other end. It even has gum on it and I think it was made for that purpose. This makes it easier to put on and take off. I don't know about his safety. I think a grinder, a hammer, or maybe even a screwdriver could easily hit him, but it might slow them down enough to look for something else. It all depends on where you park. I would take a picture of someone trying to physically get him out of the RV and I hope the others at the campsite do too.

It doesn't fit my standard Lippert Kingpin

I tried to install this king pin lock but it doesn't work. The width of the aluminum part is larger than the hole around the pin. I contacted Curt Mfg. The caption says it fits most kingpins. While this may be true, the listing doesn't state that it's 1.437 inches wide. The gap width on my Lippert kingpin is 1.42 inches. Kurt was basically saying there's not much we can do, you have to get him back. Well, he was already rubbing himself from trying to put it on. Can't return. I just go far Veryโ€ฆ

Turn the key many times to secure or unlock this device

Slightly disappointed with this product mainly because of the price. I was expecting better and higher security for the lock offered by Kurt. The key does not lock or unlock this device. The key is designed to be used by inserting it into the slot on the cover. Turn the wrench counterclockwise several times to unthread the cap from the cross member. Attach and secure the cap to the crossbar in a clockwise direction. Most likely the hood, I could insert a screwdriver to make the same twistingโ€ฆ
