My 3 lb adult Yorkie is very difficult to adjust. Clothes fall off him. He likes his clothes because air conditioning keeps him cool even in the summer. XS fits perfectly!. The size chart was correct! So much is wrong. Super soft and well made. My second purchase in 2 weeks. I'm about to make my 3rd purchase!

The chihuahua I raise is always cold so I bought him so he doesn't tremble. The fabric is very soft, I like the elasticity. I ordered the XS based on the reviews and measurements for this 6 lb guy and it's too tight. I caught him but he can't really move. I'll trade them for a small one and hope it works better because they're really cute and soft.
