This is a high quality brass, true to size. I replaced a rivet on a forty year old knife and it fit. I used a plain jaw vise to press the two pieces of the rivet together. The RGi seller estimated delivery in 7 days and they arrived in 3 although not prime.

I needed rivets to attach the handle to the knife shaft and decided to take a chance because of the price. It turns out that the final diameter is smaller than the pre-drilled hole in the shank, so the rivet is more decorative than functional. If the shaft diameter was listed in the product description I would know.
