Cutting Boards Epicurean Piece Natural Review

I bought one from Bed, Bath and Beyond and loved it so I ordered a few more different sizes from Revain. So far I am very happy with these cutting boards. I don't put them in the dishwasher as I have a hard time washing anything made of wood in the dishwasher (I don't care what the manufacturer says). The cutting surface is very pleasant and they are easy to clean. Only time will tell how well they hold up under heavy use.

I bought my kit in 2015 and it fits me. I don't usually put them in the dishwasher because they dry very quickly if left on. But I use them almost every day and it doesn't look like I'll have to replace them any time soon. I wish I was a different size because the quality seems to have changed since then. 5 years of almost daily use but I would still give them a thumbs up.

Haven't used these yet but my friend also has an Epicurean cutting board so I know them. Received the parts and they are well packaged together. Lightweight and durable which I like. I'm not a fan of heavy kitchen tools because if I can't lift something with one hand then I don't need it. So I went through all the cutting boards that required two-handed lifting and held my breath. I don't cut roughly and I'm not a butcher who needs something that thick. So they will work perfectly for me!

I bought this set of cutting boards in 2011; Eight years later, they're still going strong. I love to cook and prepare at least two meals a day and use a cutting board at almost every meal. I put them in the dishwasher on sanitize mode every time I use them. While in disinfection mode, the cutting boards can withstand daily use and high heat, they do have dark spots that I believe are due to using oily items. The cutting boards are scratched even after 8 years of use, but that doesn't bother me

We have these three months and we love them. I'm a little surprised at how "scratched" they look when our knives cut into them, but man, those are cutting boards! We use at least one a day and run them in our NSF certified dishwasher three or four times a week and they look great. We left a damp spot on the counter for a few days while we were away and found that about 25% of the surface that came into contact with the counter was covered in black mold. I had another (more) set of Epicurean boards. I returned them because I used them to slice fresh crabs with a butcher knife; they failed in this task. I bought them so I could have some smaller, fairly used boards for my kitchen. I won't try peeling crab on it again :) I use the smallest one several times a day, for slicing/slicing salads and sandwiches, as a cheese board etc. I keep my knives very sharp and have never found any -either scratches or chips on these boards.
