Fantastic solution for customer rewards

I like that we have a lot of flexibility in designing our own programs. We are able to customize each plan to fit our needs. The customer service is also excellent. They are very accessible and quick to respond. If you are looking for a great way to reward your customers this is the solution. There's nothing that we dislike about this product. It has been a great success for us. We are able to send out points to our customers at the end of their visit. This allows them to redeem those points…

Pros
  • That it lets me custom design my rewards program without coding knowledge or needing help from an expert programmer! And with so many different options available there isn't much else i can ask for beyond what they offer now :)
Cons
  • Honestly everything looks good except maybe having more ability/options within current features
