I like that we have a lot of flexibility in designing our own programs. We are able to customize each plan to fit our needs. The customer service is also excellent. They are very accessible and quick to respond. If you are looking for a great way to reward your customers this is the solution. There's nothing that we dislike about this product. It has been a great success for us. We are able to send out points to our customers at the end of their visit. This allows them to redeem those points for gifts, gift cards, etc.
