CyberSponse has been an invaluable tool for our security team.

The ability to define rules at scale for all my devices. It's easy to create, configure, and maintain rules. We have several apps that run as Windows services, which are running in the background. CyberSponse allows us to manage those rules across the board. This has been a lifesaver! There isn't anything I dislike about this product. Would love more control over alerts and escalation paths. But overall it's a great solution. We use CyberSponse to have automated processes for our IT department

  • Ease of access from desktop or mobile device.
  • Abilityto specify actions (on/off) per day / week etc., with email notifications if not properly followed up by user within specified timeframe
Cons
  • Not bad
