Our prickly little cat has been through quite a few of these and they usually last around six months of hard wear. Plates come apart. Also, the previous ones had springs to attach them to the wall from below, while these only had them from above.

My cats don't use them so they serve their purpose. Had to be modified to hang on the wall. The little leather tabs attached for attachment are too flimsy and make it flop when trying to use it. I didn't have to cut the rug on all 4 corners front and back so I could attach it to the wall with screws.

The only thing I don't like about this item is how it attaches to the wall. It only has 2 brackets on the top and they aren't made of the strongest material. I ended up using 4 screws to attach it to the wall so the cats wouldn't rip it off the wall. Otherwise it's not a bad product and I'll buy another one. I have many cats and corners :)

There are only mounting tabs on the top so the bottom hangs out. I tried securing the bottom with command strips but they didn't stick. My cat doesn't quite like it, but it's better than nothing. It ships from mainland China, so it takes five trips to get there - shipping from China is usually slow, add to that the COVID-related backlog, and you'll be waiting a while. Be sure to check the delivery time before ordering.

I really like this idea and my cats like it but I think it has a little design flaw. It attaches at the top, which makes it move when the cat scratches it, confusing the cat and making it less attractive. If there was a way to secure it on both ends that would be great. My cats like to use this angled scratching post and are very happy with it. The actual part they scratch seems to be holding up well, but the soft material around it is already crumbling. Love the idea of a corner scratching post for my three cats and they love it. However, within a week they pulled out the sisal and it was badly frayed at the top where it was beneath the fluffy trimmings. Now it hangs badly. They've had the site for a few months now. You use it multiple times every day. Good quality sisal, barely visible scratch marks, but I really think it shouldn't have fallen apart so quickly on top - maybe not at all, or at least until they ruined most of the sisal covering
