I love this case because I'm always ready to carry protein energy and BCAAs with me. I also love that there are smaller compartments between the big compartments to put some pills, vitamins or small snacks like nuts!

Unfortunately not the size I was looking for. I break the handles on Zyklon shakers all the time, so I bought three of these just in case. Not understood, therefore only for dietary supplements or tablets, not for liquids, and therefore too small.

Top lid and quarter turn plies are not very secure. It fell apart several times and the pills floated in my pocket. Luckily, the gray layers screw into the compartment that holds the powder. Each compartment is large enough to hold two scoops of protein powder. Like the overall design. Just wish the quarter turn sections were more closed

Opaque color helps protect vitamins from light. You can also place mini ice packs in small gray containers to prevent vitamins from overheating and sticking together when traveling in hot weather. The compartments close securely so you don't have to worry about anything falling out. Only the handle at the top seems to loosen more easily if the containers are shaken too hard. It may be the only one I have, but I wouldn't feel safe hanging it by the handle on my bike.
