I have received both orders, one of the blue and one of the red flannels. First let me say that these are not flannel or even remotely defined. They were so thin that I could easily see through the material. In fact I would give minus stars if I could as this is a blatant error. It just didn't work for me. While the other flannel pants fit me perfectly, these are too small. The legs are tight and the crotch area is ridiculously tight against the thighs/groin. I'm a guy who doesn't have hips and if I sat cross-legged on the floor I would definitely break them. Very disappointing because they are expensive and the colors are beautiful. Due to Covid I shouldn't be returning them so I won't try anything else from this company.

Update: After using them for a while and washing them twice I won't buy another pair. As I said below, they work a little. I wear oversized panties, MEN'S LARGE should be oversized on me. Now, after washing them twice, they've reached ankle length (only 5ft 3.5in for me). As someone said in their review, being male, they are roomier in the front than in the back. I was expecting this, but now that they've shrunk it's a very odd fit. We will try another brand. Any recommendations? I love them…

I am actually a 68 inch female weighing 150 pounds. I've had them since I wore my husband's flannel pants for many years before the drawstring on my tie snapped. Without them they would be too big. I've only had the first wash so I don't yet know how they will keep their size and integrity after repeated washings. Thinking about it, I'll come back in about a year and update. My pant size is 36x32, so I took size XL. They definitely run big for me right away, but I was expecting more. Being 100% cotton I would expect them to shrink at least a little after several washes. They are spacious but comfortable. They had everything I was looking for: light (at least for flannel), pockets, cheap…

Meh the size is a little small but still comfortable. After wearing it for a few mornings, I noticed that they split at the back. Upon closer inspection, it turns out that they are machine stitched and the material is weakened by the number of holes along the seam. Wouldn't buy them again. EDIT: On the same day that I wrote this review, the collar broke when I sat down. Later that day, one of the shoelaces came undone. Garbage.
