The shoes arrived on time as expected and my daughter loved them, I bought them and since yesterday my daughter has torn off the entire front of it. I love these shoes my daughter has had them for a few weeks maybe two months and the zipper still works and the appearance shows no wear. As you can see, the shoes look worn and the inner fur is falling off. Whoever packaged and shipped this mess should be fired because they didn't seem to care.
