I increased the size and the shoes are still small. I already threw away the packaging, I thought it would fit. I recommend 2 sizes bigger. Such a waste :(

These shoes are very cute but I have to send them back to get a size up. My daughter is currently a size 9 and I ordered a size 9 and her toes are tucked into the front of the shoe. Otherwise the shoes are super cute!

The shoes arrived quickly. My 5 year old granddaughter was wearing one day and the shoes fell apart. After 3 days I am waiting for a response from the seller. To update. I missed the seller's response. Send a new pair of shoes. Positive customer service.

These are super cute shoes. We bought this as a Christmas present for our 3 year old daughter. Unfortunately, after 1.5 months of irregular wearing, the strap broke. I tried sewing the strap back on but it snapped.

Without knowing it, I bought them twice for my granddaughter. As soon as I received them I realized I had bought the same pair last year. They're really cute and well made so I wasn't disappointed. I would recommend them.

These white mary janes are perfect for dressing up or for everyday wear - the only issue I have is that there is no way to order them larger than a size 11.

The quality of this shoe was TERRIBLE! You could see the glue they used to attach the pants to the skin. I haven't tried it on my daughter yet. The shoes themselves were of very poor quality. I suggest buying shoes from Felix and Flora!

I bought these shoes for my granddaughter who wears a 10.5. When they arrived they were 3 sizes too big. They are larger than US size. Cheap waste of my money! NOW I'm stuck with cheap shoes.

My daughter wears these shoes to school every day and they hold up great. I would buy them again! I bought these cute little shoes to go with a little peter rabbit jacket for my garden.. very cute!

The shoes came with an insole. A drop of sticky glue was visible when trying to attach the insole for my little girl to try to adjust. This pair of shoes looks really cheap in real life.

These are very cute shoes and fit well. The only problem is that the velcro doesn't last very long and my daughter has to keep putting it on. Better shoes wouldn't have Velcro that keeps coming off. This can be very annoying for someone who has to constantly fix it.

Bought these for my 4 year old granddaughter to wear to school. The rubber soles fall off after only 2 weeks. She's a little girl and doesn't play rough at all, so these shoes shouldn't fall apart anytime soon. Also, she didn't even wear them for 2 weeks in a row. She has other shoes that she turns in. So disappointing because they were so cute and the size 10.5 fit her well and seemed comfortable.

This morning I pulled them out of the bag where they've been kept since I bought them in July. The sole is completely separate from the shoe. They have air pockets under wear, the glue has obviously gone bad so I'm pretty sure they're completely lost after a pair of socks. Very disappointed as they have not even been used! I wish there was an option for an extended return window due to product defects.

My baby loves them and she loves to put on her 'slippers' or Elsa shoes as she calls them. They are inexpensive and usually of good quality. I took off a star because the seam on the right leg came off a bit. A picky person might not like it. I was afraid it would affect fit and comfort. Does not look like it. We've only had her a week, but she jumps, dances and walks in it well enough. The general grip of dress shoes on tile is likely to be decent or above average.
