This material is particularly suitable for very old wood. An old wooden chair and an old chest of drawers completely revitalized. Note that it may take two coats to really bring the wood to life.

Repeated applications of this hemp oil gives a great finish similar to salad bowl oil and like the salad bowl finish it is food safe. Like the finish of the salad bowl, it needs regular updating.

Received hemp oil sooner than expected. What a quality oil! I will be buying more soon and I love the thank you email that comes with the product! The oil is even better than I had hoped in its ability to care for a piece of furniture that was in dire need of help!

I'm sensitive to odors and can't be around cleaning supplies. I could only take care of the tree if all my windows can be opened at night. In the Northeast US, this is seasonal. A 100-year-old natural tree has to be cared for more often than in season. Light but natural scent and will not harm your skin, no gloves required.

I used this to oil my dishes as they were getting a bit dull and fading in the sunlight. It brought back the beauty of the wood (sawn into quarter oak) - in fact it looks better than new. It really enhances the grain of the wood. Also used it on a new meat block kitchen cart in place of the recommended meat block oil. Nice!

Absolutely odorless, non-sticky, easy to apply and dries quickly. I needed to upgrade my stools and was looking for a VOC free product. Regular hardware stores didn't stock anything, so I gave this one a try. I applied 3 coats as directed and the chairs look fantastic. The label says the finish should last 2 years, we'll see; I am now fully satisfied with the results.

Haven't used cutting boards or wooden utensils, but I'm sure that would work great too. Definitely recommend and will buy again, this company makes great products.

Used on a very old wooden chair, the wood species is unknown and it has turned very dark. Not the look I wanted. I wish there were more sample images of possible results, although I might as well try this on an inconspicuous spot first. My fault is that I signed too early and got straight to my feet. But it got into the wood right away and moisturized it, had a nice light hemp scent and made other woods I've used it on look great. No oily residue. Not the product's fault, I didn't test it…

oh my god! It's insanely good! I originally bought this to use as a final step after sanding and varnishing our dining table. Which worked surprisingly well. So easy to use, just wipe with a rag, wait 30 minutes, then buff with a clean rag, repeat depending on how intense your furniture is. So easy! After using it on the table I wanted to try it on our front porches which are stained but showing their age. I can only say wow! The transformation is incredible. I'm not a smart or skilled…
