Wonderful Day Bag: Backpacks

I hate carrying a purse when I have to run around town on a bus and this backpack was perfect. I can fit a sweatshirt, water bottle, large bag and anything else I need during the day. The fabric is durable, the zips feel solid, the budgies/clips on the front are useful for securing things, and there are multiple pockets including one for my sunglasses. It's a bit small, sure, but larger than the Jansport mini bag it replaced. :) Very happy with this bag.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • No performance

Perfect for 3rd grade!

Perfect size for my daughter (3rd grade)! In fact, it all depends on what your child is carrying - all they need is a folder, notebook and homework book. The main compartment offers space for small items and an additional pocket. Best of all, she doesn't look like she's lugging an adult backpack and touching the backs of her knees as she walks. it is flat and easy to carry. Fits her the same way a Dakina backpack fits an adult. And the Dakine is a very good backpack - I've been using it for…

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure

Hands down the best backpack for kids

This is the coolest backpack ever! Probably fits a 5-12 year old (I know that's a huge range but it's a bit smaller than a standard adult backpack, not tiny but doesn't completely use up my 5 year old either). There is a whistle on one of the buckles, which is very popular with children. The colors are fun enough for a kid but don't look super cheap like most kids' backpacks. There are only two main zippers so my son doesn't have a million compartments to hide treats like pebbles and cicada…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Quick start guide
