Cheaply-made Hiking Backpack Disappoints

As a result of using this product, I found that its straps and zippers were flimsy and broke after only a few hikes. The bag also doesn't have enough compartments to keep items organized, so I had to dig through it like a messy piece of luggage.

Pros
  • The backpack is lightweight and comfortable to wear.
Cons
  • Poor quality materials and lack of compartments make it a poor choice for serious hikers.

Best Backpack I've Ever Owned

This is by far the best backpack I've ever owned and believe me I've had many. This bag is the perfect combination of backpack/hiking backpack and rucksack, making it versatile. I use it as an everyday backpack to complement my bag for surfing, day hikes and any hikes of less than 3 days or so. The pocket fridge is a godsend and really helps when you need to carry a few drinks but don't need a whole fridge. The side zip helps a lot and the backpack style top flap is great as it makes it easier…

I've had both badly made backpacks and well made backpacks (the best ever were "Bug brands" which are still going strong 10 years later). This backpack is pretty cool, but I have a few reservations. Let me be clear I haven't used it in heavy use yet, but I'll update my post when we get back from hiking Europe. I love the design of the backpack and you can put…
