Review on πŸŽ’ Dakine Point Backpack in Black, Available in Multiple Sizes by Kimberly Banks

Excellent backpack so far

I consider myself an active backpack user. I've owned many over the years and used them in a variety of settings including a war or two. I've had both badly made backpacks and well made backpacks (the best ever were "Bug brands" which are still going strong 10 years later). This backpack is pretty cool, but I have a few reservations. Let me be clear I haven't used it in heavy use yet, but I'll update my post when we get back from hiking Europe. I love the design of the backpack and you can put a lot of things in it. The "cold" portion of the pack is enough for sandwiches or a few cans/drinks, but not a full meal for 2 or more people. The wet part of the backpack is amazing and fits in a wetsuit. I usually put my kids' dirty/wet clothes in there. An added bonus when I get it home I can just spray it inside out and wipe it off without smudging. The top of the main pack folds down and snaps into place. I haven't had any issues with items falling out, but I can see that if you have a large load in your backpack it can fall out (smaller items). I also like the sunglass compartment. Overall I really like this backpack. I have never owned a Dakine backpack, time will tell.
