Very happy with this purchase for my 6 year old daughter. She was so happy to get tap shoes that fit! Had to pick her up to reschedule the Covid dance concert at the last minute. I increased the size by a size and 1/2. I took into account that they are patterned leather which in my experience runs small and was hoping for a little more room for her to grow in. I absolutely recommend it. Great quality too!

I love the velcro feature of this dance shoe. Parents are not allowed to attend my 4 year old daughter's ballet and tap classes, so having shoes that she could easily put on and take off was very important. These are the perfect tap shoes for my daughter's dance class. Exactly the color her studio asked us for and a handy velcro strap so she (4yrs) can put them on herself without help. Thank you for the feedback as I knew from the start it needed to be evaluated. Size 1 to 1.5 fits perfectly. I have bought this brand for the second year in a row. Last year my daughter's typical shoe size was a toddler size 8 so we bought a 9. This year she was an 8.5 so we bought a 10. These tap shoes lasted her entire dance season last year and a friend's daughter is wearing them this year with no problems. Our studio requires brown tap shoes with buckles or velcro (usually no straps/laces).
