It fit around the waist but was extremely short. And I'm on the short side at 5'3". I wouldn't have felt comfortable wearing it without leggings and the outfit didnt look right with them so I returned the tutu for another one. Good quality though and plenty of fluff or whatever you call it. Just pay attention to the length.

The tutu is amazing! Comfortable and layered! It does need to be fluffed once you get it out the package. Once fluffed, this tutu is puffy! There is a satin/silk like fabric then the tulle on top to compelete the tutu look. Their stock photo shows more of a lime green, which I was hoping to get but it is slightly darker in person. For me, it’s okay, I’ll make it work. For reference I’m 155lbs wear around 10-12 women’s pants and I don’t feel like it’s too tight.

I purchased this tutu for my Halloween costume. I’m 5’11 and curvy so I wanted to find something that would cover my derrière and the top part of my thighs and this does:-) I also appreciated the little skirt under it. It’s not much on me but it helps! Additionally, I received an awesomely sweet and professional email from the seller after shipment. That is TRUE customer service and I would buy from her again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely love this tutu. I bought it to go with a birthday shirt and it fits perfect. It’s nice and fluffy. I was afraid it would be flat because of the bag it was in, but it has lots of volume. Also, the fit is accurate.

Static all over!I saw other reviews and I thought it would be amazing for one occasion and to keep. Tutu is a constant fixing to pull down. I will give it a 3 star because more of a pain to to be pulling it down With some water all day at work since the tutu and the fabric Under kept creating so much static.It is cute but once I was at my work (school) static was insane I tried a special spray and water nothing worked.The photo is when I first tried it in the morning.

It runs small. I’m an XL, ordered the Plus, and the elastic waist doesn’t fit. I’ll keep it though and put an expander on the waist.

This tutu is good but the only problem is that the thing underneath you may have to cut slits so it can feel better and won’t feel like ya legs are being squish together but other than that it’s great

The stretch is good. I'm usually a 22 in pants and skirts. It would have been more comfortable if I was a size smaller or if it was a big bigger. I wore it with a cami underneath. I have big hips so I wish the fabric under the tulle was stretchy but it works fine.

I am almost 6' with a 35" inseam so most clothes are short on me. Got this for a Halloween party and it was perfect. Sturdier than I expected, and held up well to a night of dancing. Needs to be hung and steamed before wearing so it can get nice and fluffy.
