Good quality but very short
It fit around the waist but was extremely short. And I'm on the short side at 5'3". I wouldn't have felt comfortable wearing it without leggings and the outfit didnt look right with them so I returned the tutu for another one. Good quality though and plenty of fluff or whatever you call it. Just pay attention to the length.
- It wasn’t quite as poofy as pictured, but my daughter likes it. Wish it had a little more to it.
- the netting for the tutu is not alot .... would not buy again
