DR650 Footpeg Lowering Kit

They bolt on with no problems. You have to adjust the shifter, but that's easy. The brakes aren't great. But I still like the end result

DR650 2011: Motorcycle and Powersport

DR650 2011. fits perfectly. good welds inside and out. Now he feels much better standing up. I don't have to lean too far to reach the steering wheel.

Working but brake light sensor needs adjustment

Working but brake light sensor needs adjustment. Another brand includes a longer brake lever spring but I don't know if it's needed.

Pros
  • Body & Frame Hardware
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Great Product: Footpegs

I installed them on my DR650 and they made the bike more comfortable. I've dropped the bike on both sides while riding cross country off-road and it's holding up great.

Pros
  • Footpeg Accessory
Cons
  • Non-Automatic

Great product in the Footpegs section

I wanted to lower the footpeg mounts for my DR650. They are well made and have the pins lowered 2 inches. Instructions for adjusting the rear brake light switch have also been provided. There was a slight interference with the rear brake pedal, which I resolved by rounding off the corner of the bracket.

Pros
  • Footpegs
Cons
  • Weak

You need a new brake pedal.

They work great and are well made, but I wasn't expecting to spend another $130 on a bent brake pedal. The original brake pedal meets these calipers and will not snap when you adjust it to the new pin height. The only solution was to buy a Warp 9 curved brake pedal for another $130. These parts are overpriced.

Cons
