I like his passion, he always is eager to understand our needs and how we can improve what we are doing. His technical expertise is very solid and he constantly improves and adapts to our business requirements. Great customer service from a very knowledgable team

I like that we can have an account manager who is accessible at all times of day (it's not always easy for us in remote locations). It would be great if they had more robust analytics software so it was easier when you're getting started with them but overall this has been very helpful! They are able give me advice about how my website or social media profiles look from different perspectives which helps immensely as well since there isn't much out-of pocket knowledge available elsewhere online
