Not what I expected.

I read the word "big" and didn't notice 7 inches in the product description. I bought 2 large 18" cone rings from Danner a few years ago and was disappointed when I got the 7" (small) cone. It remains in its packaging as it was delivered. (They really should remove the word "large" from the ad.) Can I return this item?

Works very well. buy others.

I see complaints and would like to say that this ring works very well. 4000 gallon pond 3-4 feet deep. 37 adult koi. A $28 aerator is cheap enough to replace every year when needed. Yes, it clogs within a year or two, but it's called algae and chemical deposits, and all brands clog. The ring is the best I have ever used and have used them all. Your fish and your pond need air. This creates an even circulation of air and keeps algae and fish happy through the ventilation. We use it halfway up…

Pros
  • Very good quality
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Great diffuser but connections are difficult (impossible)

I rarely give bad reviews, especially about a product that works great when it works. Several helpful customers have answered my question about how to connect and if like them you have found a way to get the connection to work then I think you will be happy with this product. The description said it came with a 1/2 inch male connector which would have been perfect but it had nothing but a diffuser and pouch. Even if the threaded connection was the standard 3/4 "male" to 1/2 line I could get it…
