The chair is good but I can't get past step 1 and no one can be reached! Which is awful considering I just spent $300 on chairs I can't use!

I ordered a square base and was looking forward to it. I open the box and there is a round stand. I will also buy a plastic pad for the back of the chair. A drop of paint and it is painted. To top it off I can't even pump the chair up or down and it sits very low. I can't use this chair like this. It's not very comfortable or very spacious. Very disappointed.

So this product has been coming for a whole month, always said it was on the way but never shipped. Then when I received it, everything was fine until a month and a half passed. The chair literally leans to one side. It's so awkward because it looks like an old used chair, but I only had it for a month and a half before the chair started leaning to one side. And large customers feel uncomfortable and feel like they are not sitting in a chair. Thought I'd write a review because I finally thought
