My doctor recommended this night splint for my plantar fasciitis so I bought two, one for each foot. Strap (very important), legs don't hurt like they used to in the morning. The toe strap provides good stretch and prevents overstretching of the plantar fascia during the night. Now for the bad: The toe strap uses some sort of wobbly plastic thing to attach to the boot. I read many reviews before purchasing this splint. This is the first tire I tried. I sent the first one back thinking it was a manufacturer fault. The straps that go through the slats and are attached with velcro sewed the edges of the velcro so tightly that it poked through the fabric and scraped my opposite leg through the night so I ended up having to take the splint off around 5am .
