Could use 3 out of 6. One was glued right in the middle so one was wasted. The other two have crooked threads and are bent, making them difficult to hang. Out of the 3 I used they created a beautiful wood burning design.

Much thinner and lighter than other Darcy plates I've bought but it was a package deal and cheaper. Still served my purpose and the wood grain was good on all. There were no big knots etc. Well polished. They will be packed individually in another bag and then boxed to keep them well protected.

This wood craft kit is a christmas present for my daughter who uses her wood burning talent to make beautiful pictures. She will appreciate the different cuts and styles of wood, as well as the quality of the wood. This is a good choice for those with wood burning talent.

Terrible edge. I wouldn't mind that they are three pieces of wood glued together if they were flush - they aren't. The edge guide is horribly jagged and the shape isn't clean. I also had to read the measurements as they are 1cm thick and not 1 inch like standard slabs - this should be stated in the description.

My order has arrived and it was only one piece not six. That was very annoying since it is advertised as having six pieces. I ordered these because I thought they were a good deal and I had a few projects to do this weekend. Well, you can't really do much with one piece. So I'm sending it back. I will not pay $19 for a small piece of wood. It was just royally disappointing.

If I could give a big ZERO, I would. Big disappointment! Of course I try not to be negative, but in my case it's deserved. I ordered these plaques for my son's school project.
