As useful and beautiful as the Bowdabra it goes with. It is indeed a very well designed and thought out product. Some say it's like a string. Well, that makes the job easier. However, it is about a thousand times stronger than string! My only complaint is that I use it too quickly! However, I find this to be a very reasonable price for the quantity and quality you get.

Sounds like a good idea. I bought this product to use with onions which I also ordered. The manufacturer requires the wire to be wrapped around the bars when making the bow and this product is too soft to wrap around the bars, just won't tighten. If I were making bows by hand I wouldn't consider this product to be wire but cord.
